It's wrong because it doesn't stop someone
identifying as a different gender just to get selected.

Yes a 78 page document that you seriously
expect the public to read and understand. Get real!!!
Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the
Bill?
A candidate being elected just because of
their gender and not their ability to serve. Controversy with
men identifying as women.
What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment
of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?
What are your views on the balance between the information
contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate
legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate
legislation appropriate?

I don't think the Senedd is competent enough
to make these decisions.

Its a bill for the sake of it. There are
far more pressing matters.
